Hello, my name is Jenny, I will be your host during your stay at 29 on Wharf, Port Albert. Our accommodation is located on the waterfront in Port Albert.
After 2 years of COVID19 restrictions and cancellations 2022/23 is the year when you can finally book a trip with the confidence that you will actually be able to take the trip as planned. Summer bookings are fast filling up with families and couples planning trips to Port Albert for both short and long stays.
Port Albert is only a 2.5 hour drive from Melbourne, but a world away when it comes to the normal hustle and bustle of everyday Melbourne life. You can plan day trips to look at the many attractions the area has to offer, or you can just kick back and relax in your accommodation, park up your vehicle, cook yourself or visit the eateries within walking distance of your short term home.
As well as sight seeing locally, you can fish from the jetties around town, hire a boat to go fishing, walk around the bay and along the Christopher Robinson walking trail, ride your bikes around town or take your bike along the Tarra trail into Alberton or Yarram.
There are uninterrupted water views from the living areas, 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the front deck of the accommodation. The house you see to the far right in the picture below is where you will be staying. The ground floor is the accommodation level that contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, lounge and 2 outdoor areas. We reside above.
Luxury linen
All linen/towels are of the highest quality. Sheridan luxury linen is provided to all bedrooms and is a dream to sleep on. Couple that with extremely comfortable beds and you will feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.
Modern Kitchen
Smeg appliances including oven, grill, range hood, dishwasher and microwave oven. Side by side Fridge/Freezer with icemaking facilities, pantry and ample storage. Cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware all supplied.
Fishing facilities
Boat washdown facilities, secure boat storage, fish cleaning facilities, ice maker, external fridge freezer for bait and your catch as well as a storage shed for you fishing gear if you don't want to leave it in your boat.
