29 on Wharf is a family-owned business operating in South Gippsland's seaside town of Port Albert.  We have created the area's premier waterfront self-contained luxury accommodation with uninterrupted water views.

This unique accommodation comprises of a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom suite with an ensuite, separate bathroom, living, dining and designer kitchen.  Relax in our two outdoor guest entertaining and BBQ areas and use of our wood fire pit and EV charger.

The suite consists of the entire ground floor.  There are no shared spaces, unreserved bedrooms will not be accessible.  Owners reside above.

What makes our property unique is free EV charging direct from solar panels, making it carbon neutral charging during daylight hours.  We also have facilities that cater to Gippsland's abundant outdoor activities
